Terms of Service
Governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Clear, fair, and transparent trading conditions for FOVIO Atelier patrons.
1. Introduction & Corporate Identity
These Terms of Service govern your use of the FOVIO website and all purchases of jewelry pieces made from FOVIO Atelier LLC (A registered Limited Liability Company in California, business premises at 1317 N San Fernando Blvd, Suite 248, Burbank, CA 91504, United States). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Contract Formation
The presentation of items on this website constitutes an invitation to treat. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt. A binding contract of sale is formed exclusively when we dispatch your parcel and provide your shipment tracking confirmation.
3. Pricing & Transparent Currency ($ USD)
All prices listed on FOVIO are denominated in United States Dollars ($ USD). Standard USA delivery is 100% complimentary on all orders. Applicable state and local sales taxes are itemized clearly at checkout prior to payment.
4. Authentic Materials & Natural Characteristics
FOVIO pieces feature solid brass, genuine 925 sterling silver accents, genuine natural gemstones, and cultured freshwater pearls. Because every stone and shell cabochon is an authentic gift of nature, subtle nuances in stone color, natural inclusions, and surface luster are celebrated hallmarks of authentic natural materials.
5. Delivery & Title of Goods
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon physical delivery to the designated shipping address by USPS or UPS. Title and ownership of all jewelry pieces remain with FOVIO Atelier LLC until payment has been fully authorized and cleared.
6. 30-Day Change of Mind Guarantee
FOVIO Atelier LLC proudly provides a 30 calendar day Change of Mind return guarantee on all orders with zero restocking fees ($0.00). Customers are provided a prepaid return shipping label upon request.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
