Our collections feature solid antiqued brass alloys, cultured freshwater pearls, and select gemstone accents. Depending on the design, earring styles feature either hallmarked 925 sterling silver ear posts or nickel-free, hypoallergenic ear wires. How long does USA delivery take, and what does it cost?
We provide Tracked Insured USA Delivery via USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail & UPS on all orders. Order handling takes 1–2 business days, and courier transit takes 2–4 business days. The total delivery window is 3 to 6 business days. You will receive an automated tracking number the moment your order departs our fulfillment center.
What is your return policy, and will I be charged restocking fees?
We offer a 30-Day Change of Mind Guarantee. Returns within the United States are 100% free; we provide a complimentary prepaid USPS return label upon request. We never charge restocking fees ($0.00). Once received and verified at our US return facility, your full 100% purchase price is refunded to your original payment method in 1–2 business days.
How are taxes calculated? Are there any hidden fees?
Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated transparently at checkout based on your destination zip code. There are zero hidden handling surcharges or surprise delivery fees upon arrival.
How should I care for my FOVIO jewelry?
Store your pieces in the complimentary anti-tarnish velvet keepsake pouch provided with your order. Gently buff metal surfaces with a dry microfiber polishing cloth. We advise removing jewelry before swimming in chlorinated water, applying harsh cosmetics or perfumes, or entering saunas.
