Submit our online Return Portal Form or email our concierge at support@foviojewelry.com with your order number.
We immediately send you a prepaid USPS Priority return shipping label. Simply affix it to your outer parcel box and drop it off at any USPS facility or schedule a home pickup.
Once delivered to our US return facility, your item is inspected and a 100% full refund is issued back to your original payment method within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a refund, jewelry items must be unworn, undamaged, free of alterations or perfume residues, and returned inside the provided FOVIO protective pouch and presentation box.
4. Transit Damage & Defective Items
In the rare event that your jewelry piece arrives defective or incurs damage during transit, please contact us within 30 days. We will immediately provide a prepaid replacement or issue an immediate full refund.
